School of Disciples
This is aimed a teaching those who have completed the New Believers Class more

advanced doctrines and lessons from the Word of God.

 

New Believers Class
This class equips new believers, or believers who have never gone through this class,

with basic bible doctrines that act as a foundation in the faith for them.

 

Baptismal Class
This class teaches the meaning, requirements and purpose of baptism by immersion to

believers who want to comply with this command.

 

Music department
This group consist of individuals who are spirit filled and have a calling in the area of

music. They use their God given talents to deliver inspiring and soul lifting worship and

praise songs, to lead the congregation into the presence of God.

 

Follow-up Department
Jubilee Church follow-up ministry is equipped to encourage and assist individuals who

are new in the faith or coming back to the faith with various issues of life using different

approaches to restore the relationship between the individual and God.

 

Evangelism
Obeying the great commission, they carry the gospel to the world. They bring people to

Christ and follow up new converts. Currently, bi-weekly evangelism is carried out at the

city centre.

Reception
This is the first contact that visitors make with the church and therefore they are

responsible for welcoming them warmly and making the visitors feel at home during

their visit.

Health & Safety
They ensure that the church premises is a safe, conducive environment and meets with

health and safety regulations. They do this by regular inspection and training of

members in health and safety measures

Holy Police
The members of this group are in charge of ensuring free flow of traffic both human and

vehicle during and after church activities. They are also responsible for the safety of cars

in the car parks as and when required.

 

Media Ministry
This ministry has under it sub departments such as the audio (sounds), media duplication

and sales, publication and the video recording. They ensure effective dissemination of

information to the church and to the community at large.

 

Member Services
The members of this group are responsible for ensuring that visitors/new members and

members are furnished with latest information about the church. They organize

members evening periodically on behalf of the pastorate to members (new and old ones)

to ensure that each member develops a sense of belonging.

 

Prayer Department
This is a group of intercessors who come together regularly to fast and pray for the

church and the members. They uphold the mandate and the vision of the church

through the help of the Holy Spirit by constant and persistent prayer

 

Protocol
This group of people are responsible for the pre and post visit planning and reception

for visiting ministers and/or guest artists. They are also saddled with the responsibilities

of planning and executing the travel itinerary of the pastorate.

 

Publication
This group reaches out to members and the community intimating them regularly with

the activities, and the vision of the church through news magazines and Christian

literature.

 

Ushering
The members of this group are responsible for providing a welcoming and comforting

atmosphere of worship. e.g. by making sure that the worship environment is clean and

conducive to all members and guest of the church. They are responsible for the seating

arrangements, dissemination of information during the services and ensuring free flow

of activities during and after a service.

 

Welfare
This ministry is an arm of the church that is responsible for the welfare of the members

through support in areas of finance, clothing and basic domestic items.
